Between March (see Grand Canyon pic below) and October (see punkin patch photo), I managed to put on 20 lbs. Starting tomorrow, and utilizing the contraption in the previous post, I shall endeavour to lose some of those pounds. Even though the extra poundage has provided me with an awesome rack.
We shall see. I don't believe in depriving myself of stuff that brings me joy (i.e., wine, cheese, butter, ice cream, candy, McDonalds), sooo... I'm dubious. But I want to try.

i think you're hot as shit regardless.
red wine is good for you.

you look hot as you are, but good luck with the adventure!
i am trying to resolve to get back to running and working out, but too busy this week (that's how it always goes!). i want to run a 8k in march, so i need to get my butt in gear!
Why must we choose btw flat stomachs and awesome racks? So unfair.
As the other half of our Mutual Rack Appreciation Club, I feel you (yes, I do mean your scrumptuous rack!).
You're so right to take the tact of trying to change by little bits rather than expect to wake up and suddenly be a vegan, teetotalling, gym bunny. (Those women are profoundly unhappy, BTW.
Soooooooooooo, when are we going for mochas? BWAHAHAHHAHAA
